Effective July 1, 2011 Ocean View Condominium Rental Group Inc. has made significant changes to the reservation process for Ormond By The Sea Florida home and condo vacation rentals.

1.      Insurance is now available to protect our guests from financial loss should the unexpected occur. Go to http://content.travelguard.com/adx/aspx/adxGetMedia.aspx?DocID=20582 to view a flyer describing the all seasons travel plan.

3.      The damage waiver does not cover theft, gross negligence, willful or wanton conduct, intentional damage, lost keys, swimming pool passes, club cards or gate cards, excessive wear and tear, unauthorized late check-outs, pets, smoking, or any other violation of our rental policies.

4.      There is no longer a security deposit; the initial deposit to book a reservation may be deducted from your rental amount when the final payment is made.

 FROM DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
When leaving Daytona Beach Airport at the Volusia Mall, go right onto Route 92 East, which is International Speedway Blvd. for 4.6 miles to the bridge and go over the bridge. Continue to route A1A (So. Atlantic Ave.). Turn left onto A1A and Continue North on A1A for 7.9 miles. As you cross the intersection of Granada Blvd. (State Road 40) in Ormond Beach Atlantic Ave. becomes Ocean Shore Blvd. 1350A Ocean Shore Blvd. will be on the left hand side of the street just before the ABC liquor Store, in House of Donuts Plaza about 3 miles north of Granada Blvd.

FROM ROUTE I-95 HEADING SOUTH
Approximately an hour south of Jacksonville, FL take exit 284, Flagler Beach, State Rd. 100.
At the end of the exit ramp go left which is Route 100 East. Follow Route 100 East over the bridge to State Road A1A which is at the ocean. Go right on S.R. A1A (South). About fifteen miles South on A1A, the road curves and there will be buildings on the Ocean side of the road. Look for our office at 1350 Ocean Shore Blvd. in Ormond By The Sea, after the ABC Liquor store, in House of Donuts’ Plaza on the right side of the road.

FROM ORLANDO and SOUTH FLORIDA
Take US Interstate 4 East to 95 North to the Ormond Beach exit 268 (State Road 40). Proceed East on 40 (Granada Blvd.) over the bridge to State Road A1A. Go left (North) on Route A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd.) approximately 3 miles. 1350A Ocean Shore Blvd. Ocean View will be on your left just before the ABC liquor store in House of Donuts Plaza.
